The process stages by textile industry can be summarized as follows:
Cotton Growth
It all begins in cotton fields, where cotton plants flourish under the sun. Patiently nurtured, these plants yield bolls, encapsulating the soft and fluffy cotton fibers.
Ginning
Harvested cotton bolls journey to ginning mills. Here, the raw fibers are separated from seeds and impurities, leaving behind clean and pure cotton lint.
Spinning and Yarn
This cotton lint is carded and spun into yarn, a process that aligns fibers into strands. These yarns hold the promise of forming the fabric for our products.
Weaving
The spun yarns are woven using traditional techniques, crafting the fabric that defines the bag. Weaving threads together creates a strong and structured textile canvas.
Sizing and Fabric Types
The woven fabric undergoes sizing, a process that enhances its stability. This process shapes the foundation for the various fabric types – Cotton Canvas, Sheeting, and Twill. Additionally, Natural Color fabric options are available.
Desizing and Mercerization
Next comes desizing, where any remaining sizing material is removed. Mercerization, a specialized treatment, enhances the fabric’s strength, luster, and dye affinity.
Dyeing
Dyeing imparts color and character to the fabric, adding vibrancy and life. For those who celebrate nature’s hues, the option of Natural Color fabric embraces the authenticity of untouched cotton shades.
Cutting
Precise patterns are cut from the dyed or natural color fabric, outlining the shape of the Product. This stage product’s bag’s structure.
Stitching
Craftsmen skillfully stitch these fabric components, weaving together handles, compartments, and functional features. Each stitch reflects both artistry and functionality.
Quality Assurance
Before wearing the Qtees label, each product undergoes thorough quality checks. Stitching integrity, design alignment, and overall craftsmanship are meticulously assessed.
Ironing
The stitched bags receive careful ironing, ensuring they are crisp and ready for the world followed by another round of QA.
Packing and Go !
The bags are meticulously packed, their form and purpose carefully preserved. Finally, the products are ready to embark on their journey for daily essentials, they bear both functionality and a profound statement of conscious choices.
